• The policy applies to all subscription tiers (Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime, and Single Game).
• Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
• Accounts found to intentionally abuse the refund policy will be permanently banned.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and refund, please contact our support team via our official Discord server. Provide your receipt or order number, and our staff will process your request promptly.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
