Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase.

Requirements for Refund:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect abuse of the system, such as using the software for the full duration of the refund period before requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests.

Usage Guidelines

By purchasing and using Soapimane, you agree to the following:

  • You will not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
  • You will not share your license key with others. License keys are hwid-locked tailored to your specific machine.
  • You acknowledge that while we strive for undetectability, the use of external tools in games always carries a risk. We are not responsible for any account bans.
Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you violate these terms, including but not limited to sharing your key, attempting to bypass security protections, or payment disputes/chargebacks via Stripe.
